2 juveniles killed in Northside shooting Sunday morning

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Two juveniles are dead after a shooting at a the Northside apartment complex Sunday morning, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.

The agency said the victims had multiple gunshot wounds at 1000 Island Point Drive and the Jacksonville Fire & Rescue Department pronounced them dead at the scene. 

JSO is learning more about the circumstances of the shooting and they are looking for witnesses. They did not have a suspect description as of 11:30 a.m. Sunday. No cars or structures were hit by gunfire and there is no further danger to the public, according to JSO.

Police said it appears the victims, both males, do not live at the Island Pointe apartment complex.
