JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said Friday that eastbound and westbound lanes of Arlington Expressway near Mill Creek lane are closed due to flooding.
The alert was sent at 2:54 p.m. and the agency is urging caution while traveling. There was a tornado warning in Duval County and a severe thunderstorm warning for St. Johns County until 2:45 p.m.
