Sundar Margam, Managing Director-Citi Bank
Sundararajan Margam (Sundar) is Chief Architect for Product and Risk Management. Sundar is responsible for the technology architecture and roadmap for the Product and Risk Management domains, governing the definition, development, evolution and consumption of services in line with GCB’s processes and frameworks.. Prior to that he headed the Solution, Technology Refresh strategy and Digital and API Delivery for Mexico and LATAM from 2015.
Sundar began his stint with Citi at Singapore in 1994 as Assistant Vice President with the Regional Card Center Citibank Singapore. He worked on a series of assignments involving launch of Cards systems in Poland, Turkey, conversion of Australian Cards platform to Enhanced Card system. In his 15 years of stay in the ITO GCB Singapore, Sundar architected, designed Global Platforms like Fraud Early Warning systems for Banking and Cards, Advanced Dispute Management system, Corporate Card system, Enhanced Cards system for regions across the International space covering Asia Pacific, Japan, Europe, Central Europe, Middle East and Latin America. Sundar has been part of various technology standardization initiatives across Retail Banking, Cards and Touch Point Systems across the International Space. Sundar has been a key member of the team that has made the Asia Card and Retail Banking Systems Platform a global standard. In his role as Chief Architect of International Consumer, he also led the SOA/BPM Practice, new technology incubation and Frameworks for Global Consumer Technology. Subsequent to that, he formed the Cross Product Architecture Group with a team of architects and SME to define the technology strategy for Product builds and to define the road map of build once and deploy many. From March 2013 after the first build of the product was completed he has taken over the role of setting up the deployment function for Global Consumer Technology. Sundar completed deployment of Core banking, Cards and digital platform rainbow across 19 markets in Asia and Europe
Sundar lives in Jacksonville Florida with his wife Bhuvaneswari, and two sons Srivikram (19) and Shrivathsan (17).
Sundar’s passion is technical research and has been a member of IEEE for the last 30 years. Other than reading, he also loves listening to music.

Paul Cosgrave, Chief Information Officer-JEA
Paul Cosgrave joined JEA as the Company’s CIO in September 2014. He brings to JEA 40+ years of line management and IT consulting/systems integration experience. He retired in 2010 from the City of New York (NYC) as Commissioner for the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications and as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for NYC. His areas of expertise are IT Strategic Planning, IT Portfolio Management, IT Governance, and Cyber Security at all levels of Government and the Public Sector. He is a firm believer that Business Needs must drive technology. He heads up the Large Public Power Council’s Cyber Security Policy Committee.
Previously, he served as the CIO at the Internal Revenue Service during a major turnaround period (1998-2001) where he led a major transformational change management program for the Agency. Before that he spent 25 years in private industry having worked as CEO for the Claremont Technology Group, a company he took public in 1996 and as a Managing Partner at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he worked for 19 years.
He has served as Executive Board Member for the Information Technology Association of America (now TechAmerica) and has served on the Board of Directors for three separate public IT services companies (Cognizant, Claremont Technology, and Technology Solutions). He has served on four not-for-profit Boards of Directors, including the Rensselaer Alumni Association where he recently completed his two-year term as President.
Commissioner Cosgrave earned a BS and MS in Industrial Engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). He has been recognized by RPI with the Distinguished Albert Fox Demers Medal, the second highest recognition given to an Alumnus, and by his Fraternity, Sigma Chi, as a Significant Sig, an honor bestowed on a few alumni who have distinguished themselves in their careers. He has also been recognized by Computerworld, Information Week and Government Technology for his innovative leadership and accomplishments in the IT Industry.
